For damage exchange –
Return pick up option is not available. It should be sent only by the customer, and the shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
(Shipping will be covered by us only for damaged or wrong products sent by mistake.)

Exchanges are accepted only if the products have manufacturing defects.
In case of damage or wrong product –
Damages and Issues:
Customers should take an unpacking video for any kind of damage claim, missing product, or issue. The video will be considered as proof.
We also note the package weight on the courier cover for missing pieces — that will be used as verification.
Without the unpacking video, exchange will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, wrong, or missing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You have 1 week (7 days) from receiving the order to report any issue. After this time, claims will not be accepted strictly.
Exchange is only applicable for defective items, and the same product will be replaced — you cannot choose a different item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note —
- Items sent back without requesting an exchange first will not be accepted.
- We do not arrange return pickups.
- For any exchange, please courier it back to us yourself.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Personal care items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items sold on our website.
If you have any doubt about a product, please confirm with us before ordering.
Any order once placed cannot be cancelled. We do not accept cancellations strictly.
Exchanges in case of defect ❌
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the defective item (after approval), and once received and inspected, we’ll process an exchange for the same product.
Please courier the product back to us — we don’t arrange pickup for any return or exchange.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Cancellations will only be considered if requested within 7 business days and before the order is shipped.
Once the product is shipped or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds (if approved) will take 10–12 business days to process after we receive and inspect the returned item.
